- Visit the practice at 5/272 Dohles Rocks Road Murrumba Downs Q 4503 make an appointment in person
- Please arrive 10 minutes early for your appointment.
- Speak to reception, give them your current Medicare, Pension or Health Care Card, up to date details and fill in a new patient form.
- Please bring a list of your medications, medical conditions and allergies.
After seeing the doctor please see reception to finalise your account and make a follow up appointment if necessary.
